Kyuss - Blues for the Red Sun

I had almost forgotten how good this band is.

Yeah, I like that album as well. That was the first stoner metal/rock album I got into.

System of a Down - Chop Suey!

The lyrics to the song are hilarious. I laughed at it the first time I heard it. It's not as funny nowadays, though...

Maraya - No Hope For Humanity...?

Quality material beyond Wicked Maraya. Just don't listen to Counterculture.

Don't do that!

Langtar Bort Fran Mitt Hjarta (Longing Away from My Heart) from (2007) Shining - V - Halmstad (Niklas Angående Niklas).
Sorry for the haters but Niklas Kvarforth is the most hateful vocalist I have REALLY related to.

I found this funny video of a totally random black metal band called Old Goat. I found these guys browsing just a gigantic collection of random black metal CDs for sale on ebay. While I was sampling all that music I came across this. Can't say it's particularly good but it is curious. It actually seems bordering on a joke.

Andrew W.K. - 55 Cadillac (full album)

An album of solo piano improvisations. It's good for when I want to listen to something but don't feel like devoting mental resources to anything too involved.

Grey Waters- Broken

Out of all the obnoxious amount of side projects that Tim and D. have, I wish they would have kept this one. Really great depressive rock with some truly beautiful moments. Who knows, maybe one day they'll come back...

Altar of Oblivion - Sentenced in Absentia

Epic doom with a really strong sense of swing/groove, I guess - maybe not quite the phrases I'm aiming at. Whatever it is, it renders it rather catchy.

Vàli - Forlatt I've been getting into dark folk lately. I've basically always was looking or this kind of music but didn't know it actually had a name or that there were more albums similar to Ulver's Kveldssanger.

"I need a shotgun in my dreams toniiiiiiigggghhhhtttt..." That line is always interesting to me. Cool song too. Groovy and catchy.
