It's not revealing too much...but if this is an indication of what to expect, then the new album will be heavier/meatier than the gothic doom style that the band started to play in the mid 90's. The vocals are fine; albeit a bit thin, but I wonder what to expect from the guitars. This riff sounds a bit dull and you could argue that Cemetary have rarely been much of a ''riff band''.

Besides, which albums of this band do you folks enjoy the most? I enjoy Black Vanity which is one of the better examples of thick 90's gothic/doom metal and I enjoy their first demo, too; which is more ghastly gothic take on death metal than the debut.

The preview sounds decent. I really loved An Evil Shade of Grey, so I'm interested to see a more extreme take on the album.

Ah, for a minute I was super-excited because I read this post as 'Crematory (Swe)'

They're one of those old Swedish bands who sadly never made an LP...same with Darkified, those might have been at least good albums.

+1. Godless Beauty is one of my favourite albums of all time, nothing really sounds similar to it. I also like their gothic stuff more than their death stuff, as opposed to most people. Granted, the preview doesn't reveal much but I'm glad to hear new material from them.
