Wondering if anyone can help me identify an unknown power metal song I've been look for for almost 2 years. It was posted to the website WatZatsong, with no information about it, other than it was listed as "Japanese". I'm fairly sure the song is in all English, but some of the lyrics are still really hard to make out. I gave it the placeholder title "I'll give you life", off of what was the only lyric I could hear at the time.
I've done so much searching for it and have come up with nothing. Hoping someone here can help solve this. Here's the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_CkLgz_O1c
Thank you.

Not 100% sure but maybe it's Vantasma - Trial of a King. They are either Japanese or from Thailand. If I got it right, dude, update man!

Cheers,
Greg.

Which band is this?

Somone gave me this short but I dont wear extreme metal tshirts so I gave it to a friend of mine and he wants to listen to the band but I don't know the logo. I guess it is a DM band.

Per Google Lens: it says "Kranxdesign". Here's a link to the shirt on Redbubble. Not a band, just a clothing brand.

Oh wow. I wasn't expecting that twist. It figures because a person who is unrelated to metal gave it to me as a gift. It's ok though, the friend I gave the shirt to doesn't listen to metal as well. Thank you for your help and reply! Cheers!

It looks like it says "Hustler - Hardcore Since 74" maybe referring to Hustler magazine?

https://decessofdoom.bandcamp.com/album/decesso

6:30 into the first track, that is lifted from another band's song. I'm wracking my brain trying to figure out who though, and once I do I will smack my head because it would have been obvious. My gut tells me Saturnus though. Here's a bigger and more important question: Does this band rip off anyone else? Because if there is a pattern of plagiarism here, might be worth investigating.

Edit: It's taken from Suvn by Skumring.

I still wonder what else they may have lifted.

Second edit: Well, enough for me to want this band to be nuked.

Stumbled across this Holy Diver/funk mash up. Anyone know what it is? Took me a while before I realised there was something different about it.

I know this is super vague but I'm trying to find a band/album that was completely instrumental with an electronic feel IIRC. The album was in black and white I believe and it was from around 2011/2012 or a bit earlier.

That does sound quite a bit similar in some aspects if it was less electronicky! It was definitely earlier than them and not in the electronic metal genre, more thrashy I think. It's been 10+ years so I might have all of this wrong in any case.

EDIT: I just remembered there were also a bunch of numbers as letters in the names of the songs/band.

Sadly that's not it, thanks for the suggestion though.
Still looking if anyone has any ideas.

I'm looking for a thrash metal band whose vocalist sounds like Jeff Becerra of Possessed I can't remember their name.

I'm confused. So it had "an electronic feel" but wasn't "in the electronic metal genre"? Can you elaborate?

Do you have a more specific time frame? That is, was the band contemporaries of Possessed (late 1980s) or were they a more recent band?

Patrick from Pestilence, and Marcus Grewe from Morgoth were two late 80s/early 90s vocalists who were inspired by Possessed's vocals, and were often compared to Jeff Becerra.

Yeah, mid to late 80s. It wasn't Morgoth or Pestilence, I know that for sure as I know both bands. I also think that they were more straight thrash than Death/Thrash like the above stated bands. Could be wrong though.

Could it have been one of the Quebec bands- Yog Sothots or Voor, perhaps? Both have growling vocalists that appear to have been influenced by Possessed.

Afraid not. The name wasn't that far out there lol. They may have been American too. Forgot that detail.

I'm certainly curious. Description sounds almost like an early 90s Earache release, but that doesn't even remotely fit the timeline. Hmm.

Was it Oneohtrix Point Never's "Replica" album? Pretty sure it's electronic stuff, and came out around 2011.

Note: The image in the video has nothing to do with the song.
