Perhaps nobody mentioned it yet because it's not a cover art atrocity, which is what the topic is about. Just post cheap shitty pornogrind album covers and leave Sodom alone. Besides, they've got at least 3 or 4 other albums with objectively far worse cover art than Tapping the Vein. |

The new upcoming Primal Fear record looks the it was shit out in about 25 minutes.  I know everything has been very formulaic for years, but they could have at least put a little more effort into this? Also very surprised this was announced days ago and no thread for it / not added to their page yet. |

You know I've listened to it since and it's actually pretty alright grind and it's free My favorite part is the guitar on the lower right where you can tell where he cut the hands that were holding it out though |

(Almost) all '...and Oceans' artworks are just bad (because there's an upcoming album and the artwork looks fine)   It's a shame because these two are some of the best Symphonic Black Metal albums I've ever heard.  I really really like this one too. Maybe is not Symphonic Black but I don't care, still awesome.  And finally this one. ...and Oceans is one of my favorite bands but this album is just awful! the artwork is horrible and the music is just bad and boring. |

Man that Ed Repka list is atrocious. I think almost every cover I saw on that was awful. A lot of his artwork is too gaudy, his artwork always ends up looking like a colorful turd. The overly cartoonist looking characters don't help either. The only good artwork that was on that list was Atheist (probably because it doesn't look like a Repka piece), Solstice, Megadeth and Possessed (again, because it doesn't really look like your standard Repka cover). |
