Weird that I somehow forgot about Kentucky. I love this album. But I guess I usually think about the other grey-ish cover when thinking about it. Also, while the OP mentionned Summoning, it's weird that somehow, Lustre didn't pop to my mind instantly. The album, Wonder, has a green cover

Some of my favorite black, or death metal, green covers have been already posted, like Cultes des Ghoules's Henbane (great album), Nocturnal's Violent Revenge, etc. I think there's little left to mention at this point. But, the thread can't go without Thy Serpent's Forests of Witchery, with it's gorgeous, lush cover. An album I've been listening for a good 15 years now. Kinda weak album, but cool green cover: Cradle of Filth - Damnation and a Day. And, Aura Noir - Deep Tracts of Hell (good album from a band that is among my favorites). Sorry for not linking the images, but I am busy now, and we're in the Archives, c'mon  I guess I have this soft spot for green covers too
