Defeated sanity was actually the last band I tried to listen to, but the constant blasting kinda just bored me after a while, they didn't seem dynamic enough, but perhaps I'll give them another listen cuz I actually like quite a few of the bands you mention especially broken hope, loathing is quite a killer album, I guess I just completely look at it as just straight up death metal rather than give it the brutal tag idk

If you like Broken Hope i strongly recommend you to listen to Skinless and Pyrexia, they belong to the New York City hardcore style of brutal death metal. And my favorite new band of that scene, Eternal Suffering.

For the guys looking for some quality 90's brutal death metal i discovered this band called Cyanosis, pretty cool stuff. They are on the archives but no one reviewed any of their albums. All their demos and splits are on youtube, no spotify this time.

I'm surprised there's been no mention of Cerebral Bore. Maniacal Miscreation is a top 10 BDM album, IMO, and I'd only left them off my favorites because that's basically their only release.

Back when they were really making waves I checked them out, but I couldn't get into them at all. Haven't revisited since, so I might re-check now

Badass female singer, probably the first one that we name in the thread.

This album right here is an underground classic of 90s brutal death metal. Is a little bit less technical than stuff like Suffocation or Cryptopsy, it is more similar to Deicide. I would say this is the brutal death take on Deicide's style of death metal, which already is pretty heavy.

It has a pretty remarkable track that has female operatic voices ala Nightwish, pretty creative stuff for a brutal death band. Check it out if you haven't.
