A very nice day for death metal considering this and Autopsy. Dismember are my favorite of the classic Swedish DM bands - I like every album they've done, though I have my favorites of course ("Like an Ever Flowing Stream" and "Death Metal"). |

Suspecting title; Dismembered by Dismember. On a serious note, this will likely be good as all the post 1993 Dismember records, but I wonder if the band still has something great in them. |

Yeah hopefully there will be some interesting ideas on it to set it apart from the rest of their catalog, especially the later albums. If it comes across as just another Dismember album it probably won't move the needle much for me. |

I look forward to this. I thought the self titled was a bit disappointing (not sure if Etsby's absence had any sort of impact), particularly after two incredible albums (Where Ironcrosses Grow and The God That Never Was), although obviously that was 15 years ago. Hoping there's plenty of good material / ideas built up |

I don't expect much, but they haven't released an album since people used Myspace, so it might be interesting at least. This one will be a big outlier in a discography where every other release came out 1 or 2 years after the last one. |

I'd probably give The God That Never Was the slight edge over Where Ironcrosses Grow. But yeah, I think they're their best two albums after Like an Ever Flowing Stream. It's a shame that they're not playing songs from any of the albums after Death Metal live at the moment. |
