Hey everybody, i'm doing this because I want to know which band you think is the best band of power metal, and when I'm saying "best" I mean, that the band need to be always innovative, have a "fresh" sound (not the "been here, heard this before" sound), have great, deep lyrics or at least not cliché ones, and everything....
So I'm the first...I think the best one would be Kamelot, and to support this statement, I will say that the this two albums, (The Black Halo and Epica) are the best conceptual albums ever written...they got everything:
epic sound, great vocals (Roy Khan, the best metal singer IN HISTORY), deep and phylosophical lyrics, no fillers found (at least, not so many), fresh sound (tell me a band that sounds like Kamelot).
