How can I post a picture of here? I see people putting up band shirts and album covers...how do you do it?

You can do that, but a lot of time you are impeding on other's bandwidth. Make a photobucket account, load up the photos you want to (from the net, or your computer) and then post away. It's free, and you're not pissing people off.
