Malevolent Creation- 'Invidious Dominion'... after just finishing 'Doomsday X', which is probably the stronger of the two

Exodus- Black 13

Hey, Ultraboris, if you're still here googling yourself, I'd love to hear whether or not you think the opening minute of this makes your hair turn orange and your pants baggify themselves, cos it sure does for me.

(Also, STOP REVISITING THE SITE AT THE TAINT CRACK OF DAWN OR WHILE I'M AT WORK YOU FUCK)

He'll probably be back next year and do the same shit.

NP: Nostradamus - Songs to God II (Isolation)

If 90's Septic Flesh were more proggy than doomy, they probably would have sounded like this. Really cool so far; evocative and majestic, but with a more unconventional twist as far as songwriting goes.

Slough Feg - Atavism

Spotify giving me the ability to play the few Slough Feg albums I don't own. "Hiberno Latin Invasion" is one of their best songs ever but the rest of it ranges from good to just OK by their standards. The production is a lot of fun though, rugged and fur-covered as fuck.

Arrayan Path - Dawn of Aquarius (in the car)

This legit has some of the best power metal riffs and leads in the last few years. A bruising yet epic listen. Nicholas Leptos is a straight up killer.

Dio - Guilty

I need to work though the later Dio work more. Killing the Dragon, and Master of the Moon sound pretty good from what little I've heard.

Malevolent Creation - "Corporate Weaponary".

Probably one of the catchiest death metal songs ever produced. R.I.P. Bret Hoffmann.

Judas Priest - Turbo Lover

Would've loved to see them on Fuel for Life tour. I'm just gay for those stage lights and their costumes. But I was one year old back then.

Lacuna Coil - Losing My Religion
This cover is not to par. The best sounding parts are when they hit the high notes.

A Tortured Soul - Nocturne

The falsettos are eerily like King Diamond's banshee wail. Awesome!

Tenebrarum - Sarcoma

Spooky gothic horror madness - like a mix between Argentum, Celtic Frost and Mortuary Drape or something. Glad I discovered this album!

Slayer - Behind the Crooked Cross

Fucking badass. Real old-school classic influence on this one; a nice bounce and gallop.

Vader - Tibi et Igni

Been a few years since I played this. Still smokes. Blazing guitar work and savage vocals.

Palmistry - Behold!

Good doom metal from Canada. Nothing crazy fancy, but the riffing is appropriately dark and dramatic.
