I like how it says "price killers" on the Racer X record, but it's 18 dollars.

Just bought Sammy Says Ouch by The Randy Coven band (really, I wish they had just stuck with one name, would make organizing them in my media player so much easier).

Hard rock/funk/jazz fusion with absolutely spectacular bass.

I think they were 10$ when they came out, thats why. I saw it sell on ebay for 68$ before so 18$ was quite the bargain actually. Ive seen the Detente "recognize no authority" on price killers sell for 320$ before. So much for me ever getting that one...

I just assumed nothing with "Price Killers" on it would be an original. Thats weird.

They all are original they were released on roadracer/roadrunner in very limited quantities in 1990. Even the "cheaper" price killers cds, the 2 Carnivore ones go for 30$ or so. There is 20 of them in total, so far I only have 3/20.

Arcturus - Sideshow Symphonies, LP

I remember it being a dark-ish, rather unique sounding prog metal album, though it's been a while. Maybe a bit like what Dissillusion were doing on "Gloria", but more sinister, without the polarizing vocals and some of the band's own spices added to the mix. It was quality music either way.

Mayhem/The Meads of Asphodel - Freezing Moon/Jihad 10'' Picture disc.

I was expecting the 12'' Freezing Moon/Carnage picture disc (the seller listed it as that one) and I got this. I did not have this LP, so it's not a total disaster, but since I was expecting the other one it's pretty shitty :S . I'm glad it wasn't really expensive, but I also don't think the 12'' picture disc version is more valueable or whatever then the version I received.

Either way, not what I was expecting, but not terrible.

I was pondering getting this the other day, but went with Microcosmos instead.
