I love "A Complex of Cages" which they put out this year, but I haven't gone back to listen to any previous albums.

I liked the Curse back in the day. I think I also have the next album, The Devil's Resolve (had to google the name). Wasn't nearly as good. Can't say anything about the newer albums

It's all good, even excellent. The best way to think about the band in a wider context is to consider them what Amorphis might have become, had they chosen a different path after Elegy.

Also, excellent live. Trust me.
