Cannibal Corpse are set to release a commemorative box set celebrating 25 years of death metal. The box is called Dead Human Collection and has all 12 studio albums, it also includes a live CD and pic disc lp and some art prints.

Here is a link to the metal blade shop it seems quite a good bargain if you don't already own the albums at $99.99.

I am tempted to get this even though I have all the albums as I am a completist.

Nice! I have quite a few of their albums, but I'd be interested in getting this anyway.

Looks good, but I don't believe I'll pick it up. cause it would only be for the pic disc and the art prints.

You're right, that is an insanely good bargain for what you get. I'm usually too much of a cheap bastard to get box sets but I think this may be an exception to the rule, especially since I've only got 6 of the twelve albums. Excellent package!

Too bad when I was really into death metal I bought all of their albums at the time.. Wish I would've used that money on other cds!

Much like with Blind Guardian's recent boxset, I don't think there's enough material here that I don't already own to justify my dropping such a big dime; just as I already have BG's discography, the only CC that I'm missing is Butchered, and that's remedied easily enough for ten bucks.

That said, it looks like a fantastic set for those who only have a couple of CC albums and love what they hear so far.

This really does look awesome. I wish I could justify buying this but I cant. I already own every Cannibal Corpse album. Such a cheap price too.. hmmmm...

Nice! Seeing as most of Cannibal Corpse's albums are pretty expensive on their own I wouldn't mind picking this up. I only own The Wretched Spawn and The Bleeding, so buying this will probably save me some money.

Same, basically. Damn, that's a glorious set though. I really want that picture disc live LP. So cool how the setlist is from all twelve albums chronologically.

Wow this looks seriously legit. I might actually strongly considering getting this, since I only have 5 Cannibal Corpse CDs (and also since I recently just acquired a GOOD job finally).

I only own a handful of their albums and recently got back into them so this seems too good to pass up.

Probably won't get this, but the price is definitely awesome. Most places would charge double for the amount of stuff included here.

I still need most of the Barnes albums plus the Worm Infested EP. When they hinted a few weeks back that a set like this might be coming, I held off. I'll definitely be looking to get hold of a copy. The live album is a bonus although it looks like I'll be getting Worm Infested separately regardless.

Or Live Cannibalism, for that matter. It's a damn cool set but it would be marginally cooler with those things added.

12 Full-Length Studio Albums with New Artwork in a 12-CD Foldout Case
Wonder what "new artwork" is. I thought they said that when the remasters came out 10 years ago and all it was, was some minor changes(logos, touched up colors).

Image

Some guy on facebook was saying he liked how it showed all of the album covers, but I only see one resemblence, being Centuries of Torment.

Where is that picture from? It has at least hints of several of their album covers, and some of their alternate/booklet art as well.

I really hope this gets a European distribution, what with import fees and crazy shipping prices from the US
