For me it's got to be "Dr. Feelgood" by Motley Crue or "Youth Gone Wild" By Skid Row. If you have one what's yours?

EDIT: How could I forget from Judas Priest's hair period...."Turbo Lover!"

God damn it, you caught me, ok WASP show no mercy and sleeping in the fire (that whole album is my favorite hair album), Motley Crue Dr. Feelgood, twisted sister i wanna rock, and does 80's scorpions and Ozzy first 2 solo albums count as hair metal?

I absolutely love hair metal, so no guilty pleasures within that genre for me. My favorite good hair metal song is definitely Kickstart My Heart by Motley Crue, and my favorite bad one is Freight Train by Nitro.

I like most of what you just listed and wouldn't call it a guilty pleasure at all, this thread is silly.

well back in the day, there was a huge schism between the thrashers and the so-called "real" metalers, and the hair metal bands, so if, for instance, you liked Exodus, Megadeth or Slayer, God forbid you should ever admit to liking any glam metal (at the very least, you'd be ostracized.) With that said, I always appreciated Dokken's first couple records, for the simple reason that I admired George Lynch's guitar playing. I think he really lifted that band up above the rest of the flood of hair bands like Extreme, Wasp, Quiet Riot, Ratt, etc.

We've done this before and these threads tend to be lame list threads, not much actual discussion or content.
