I've been trying to find something similar to Woods of Ypres but with only the clean, gothic vocals and no harsh vocals. Does something like that exist? Obviously there would be the usual suspects like TON or Paradise Lost but there has to be more.

I haven't heard anyone who sounds exactly like them, but here are a few candidates that should be similar enough:

The Foreshadowing - any of their albums
Nightingale - pretty much anything, though they start out more on the rock side and get slightly more metallic over time
Saviour Machine - pretty much anything
Sentenced - anything from Down on
Tiamat - pretty much any album from Wildhoney and on
