Skyforger had some Old Prussian lyrics (one of the three main Baltic languages, considered extinct since early 18th century) on their latest album 'Senprūsija' - the whole intro 'Ei Skīja, Skīja' as well as the first verse in 'Rāmava'.

Green Novice sing in Latgalian, a dialect of Latvian, which is considered by some to be a separate language. Varang Nord's latest album is in Latgalian as well.

Öxxö Xööx (avantgarde doom metal band, closely linked with Igorrr) uses a made-up language.

Nine Treasures lyrics are in Khalkha. It’s the official language of Mongolia. The band are from Inner Mongolia, a Chinese province.

Ealdulf's Hrimcealde sæ is in old english. It's a quite strong album, even if it's pretty much forgotten

There are also quite a few Italian bands that use dialects: on top of my head the black metal band Fosch has lyrics in the dialect of Bergamo.
