Basically I'm looking for bands with two or more lead vocalists that don't do that tired fucking gimmick with one dude doing gutturals and a lady doing clean vocals.

Neurosis have (had) two vocalists. I can't tell them apart.

usually, you still have one guy doing the growled vocals and when there's a second singer, male of female, he's/she's doing the cleans.

Like In Mourning Beloveth or The 11th Hour, both using two male singers... Rain Paint come to mind as well...

I've been jamming a lot to 7Days lately. Progressive metal with two male and one female lead vocalists (all clean).

Trinity plays epic doom and has one male and two female vocalists (all clean as well).

What about Extreme Noise Terror (E.N.T.)? Their two vocalists Dean Jones/Phil Vane were definitely not beauty and the beast...more like cement mixer meets gastrointestinal classifier.

I love that Trinity album. I checked out the 7 Days but I need to give it more listens.

Scar Symmetry, from Dark Matter Dimensions onward have had two vocalists to replace Christian Alvestam. I've always seen this as a statement on just how amazing and hard to replace that guy was, but I also think they did this for live shows, when both vocalists are singing at the same time, but also for the albums to have more layered vocals. It works pretty well and both vocalists are good.

Also I guess Mastodon does kind of fit, but maybe not really? All musicians in the band have vocals, IIRC. So not exactly dual, but eh, I thought I'd share it here too as well.

Right on! Yeah that Trinity album really is something special and one of my favorites of 2022. It's got this mystical, nostalgic, haunting feel to it that I can't quite put my finger on - but I love. Great stuff. Enjoy!

A pretty good band that has two vocalists is Alice In Chains, I don't know if you are looking for heavier stuff but they are on the archives. I have to warn you, don't listen to them if you are having a bad time, because their songs are pretty sad.

Gorerotted had 3 vocalists technically^
Despised Icon are pretty much the GOAT of dual vocals and even influenced some of the better deathcore bands who also use 2 vocalists (Reanima, Babirusa).

Totally forgot about "Dead" from Germany. Classic DeathGrind with up to 3 vocalists (all 3 members):
Here a live version with two vocalists, song from V.I.P. CD from 1998, which is their best in my opinion.
