...or like some older Finnish "dark metal" I listened to back in the day... Sound VERY familiar to me, but...!!!

Fall Of The Leafe's debut album comes to my mind. Or early Catamenia. Or Thyestean Feast perhaps... I'll try to my remember to check out when I get back home.

the singer has this Mikael Stanne rasp, and it sounds scandi to me... have you tried shazam?

I like the way this band sounds, though I don't know who they are, and they do have a bit of a Finnish sound, which I'm a big fan of, but I can assure you that they are not Fall of the Leafe as that material is not off their first album.

^ Been AGES since I last listen to old FotL!!! Also, was on a trip at time, so I couldn't confirm it. Thanks to you for confirmation.

I must've heard this song before, so familiar is it!!!! Surely I'm not sure it is Finnish, but it certainly does have such elements in it. It's kantele-style bits especially...
