Lovebites (Japanese power metal) is a good one. The girls don't look metal, but they make really good music. There are other, similar bands, as well, but this one I know better.

Astarte is an all-female black metal band. It's been a while since I listened to it, it was decent IIRC.

There's Annabelle, a thrash metal band from Indonesia. There is only one Demo according to the Archives but they have released a bit more than that and they're decent.

The last I remember now is Asagraum. It's also black metal, I haven't listened to it attentively enough yet to say if I'd recommend it, however.

I just recently discovered Yellow Machinegun. Check them out. They are an all female thrash/punkish type band.
