Looking for ballads (not necessarily acoustic) with one or more of the following elements: Folk / medieval melodies, traditionally non-metal instruments (woodwinds, violin, cello, etc.), female vocals. Here are some examples of the type of songs I'm looking for:

Not really a band but these two guys make really good instrumentals. Celtic, piano, and I think one of them does his own metal music as well.
