One of my favorite musical acts is Like Drone Razors Through Flesh Sphere. For those that don't know, they mix ritual dark ambient with drone metal, (and on some tracks heavy doom sections), with frequent surrealist tendencies. They have also released multiple ambient compositions at this point, but I know about other ritual dark ambient acts so that's not why I'm here. I understand that a lot of their earliest materials could be considered typical drone metal/ Sunn O)))/ [inseted other drone band] worship, but in the middle of their career, they developed a unique sound (that's what I'm looking for). The only reason I didn't post this in the doom metal help thread is that I think maybe a band of another genre (most likely a black metal band if anything) might have a similar enough sound, so I'm accepting bands of all genres.

Might be a bit obvious, but since you didn't mention it... Have you checked out LDRTFS' side-project Emanation? Seems to be pretty much what you're asking for.

The most immediate rec I can give is Black Boned Angel. It's very similar.

If, judging by the links you give, what you're looking for is very restrained, atmospheric ambient drone - although each track is rather unique and I can't really see the link that would tie them together... But I see Kraken Duumvirate maybe (there's vocals)...

Or Halo Manash for something more primitive and ritualistic?

Thinking also of Ruhr Hunter, deep meditative ambient, with subtle anxious vibes.

Maybe also Treha Sektori? it's more cinematic, darker, also a bit more organic in sound.

Maybe Hyatari or Gravetemple.
