Looking for Thrash or Heavy metal bands with very occasional deep and fresh growl (something about 4 seconds of growl per song) or something like this. Thanks for types.

Destruction, perhaps? I mean.. Thrash Metal has some serious growling if you consider some of all the yelling a "growl".

The best mix of clean/growled stuff I can think of is not Heavy nor Thrash, but Gothic-hy.. early Tristania with Vibeke on vocals. But the amount of each type of voice varies by song, in a couple of them Vibeke doesn't sing at all.

Sodom has pretty extreme vocals for thrash standards, but the one track which might do the trick for you is "Christ Passion," specifically this live version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9clmKAVD4E The growls at 3:54 are something else.

This is a stretch, but what about Paradise Lost? Obsidian and The Plague Within feature an interesting balance of clean vox and growls.
