Need something as ugly as possible to listen to. Something low end (like at least Drop B) that's really loud, chaotic, and hateful. Don't really listen to enough metal, but something like Teitanblood or Dragged Into Sunlight. Even -core bands like Tony Danza would be appreciated.

Just lookin for something really ugly

The Indian band Tetragrammacide might be what you're looking for. Very chaotic and dissonant war metal:

Look no further than Anaal Nathrakh. Their album A New Kind of Horror is my favorite, and it has the most drop B flat chugging.

"Obscene As Cancer":
Spoiler: show

"We Will Fucking Kill You":

You could also try the brutal death metal band Analepsy, they definitely come to mind when I'm thinking of "heaviest bands". Their album Atrocities From Beyond is great.
Spoiler: show

There's also Signs of the Swarm. They're probably the ugliest deathcore band around. It's generally agreed that their best album is The Disfigurement of Existence.
Spoiler: show

Sorry for all of the edits and whatnot, let me know whether this is the kind of stuff you're looking for.

Yeah they're a good band. Other bands that would be up there would be Molested, Encenathrakh, and then maybe some other bands
that don't play the tuning range I was specifically looking for, like Bathory, Morbid Saint, Morbid Angel.

I'm mostly looking for bands that are within that range of talent and really intense. Some others would be Cryptopsy, maybe Suffocation, Mayhem, Godflesh.
Just looking for the most intense bands possible so I can quench that thirst.

Tetragrammacide and Anaal Nathrakh are good reccs. Other bands I would throw out there are Molested, Encenathrakh, Sufffocation, Bathory, Mayhem, Morbid Saint, and Morbid Angel (even if they all aren't Drop B bands). I'm just lookin for something that satisfies that itch.

The Oath of the Black Blood by Beherit is really loud, chaotic, hateful and ugly.
Maybe also try De Principii Evangelikum by Antaeus.

War metal and bestial black metal are labels frequently used to describe a lot of bands that play ugly, and blasphemous black and death metal. This sounds like what you are looking for.

Blasphemy (Canada), Conquerer, Beherit, Archgoat, Sadistik Exekution,, Goatlord, Morbosidad, Proclamation, Nuclearhammer, Bestial Warlust, Impiety (Singapore), Profanatica, Truppensturm, Demonomancy, Abysmal Lord, Von, and Goatvermin are all good examples. If you check the similar artists tab on some of the biggest names in helping popularize this style then you should get a lot of good examples. Beherit, Blasphemy, and Bestial Warlust are 3 of the main ones for this.

Here are some of my favs.

Goatvermin

There are so many bands I could add to this. I'm particularly into blackened grindcore and bands that mix black, death and grindcore lately, and that also crosses into war metal and also blackened sludge.

A bunch of extremely heavy and ugly bands not mentioned so far include: Black Curse, Cauldron Black Ram, Knelt Rote, Lord Mantis, Fukpig (members of Anaal Nathrakh), Born to Murder the World (also members of A.N.), Frost (also members of A.N.), Make Them Die Slowly (members of A.N.), Mistress (members of A.N.), Fluids, Caustic Wound, Catasexual Urge Motivation, The Berzerker, Lymphatic Plegm, Reek of Unzen Gas Fumes, The Secret, Young and In the Way, Axis of Advance, Order From Chaos, Bastard Feast, Sloth Herder, Dendritic Arbor, Watchmaker, Barring Teeth, Sunlight's Bane, Pissgrave, Hissing, Dagger Lust, Dephosphorus, Funeral Chic, Whiskey Ritual, Devil Master, Wraith, Semen Drenched Slaves of the Devil, Black Arrows of Filth and Impurity, Male Misandria, Malvaillance, Absvrdist, and plenty more I can't think of right now.

I've listened to most of the bands listed here, and I'll say it's good stuff.

But I'm in search of the ugliest music ever, so if you could be so bold as to list who you think that is.
Thank you for your time

Warhate barely ever released anything. No full length albums, and only existed for a couple years, but the 4 songs of theirs I have heard, MAN are they fucking brutal.

It's war metal of course, but these guys just nail it perfectly. Their drummer is SICK and it just sounds so pissed off: https://youtu.be/L6oBTp-laVI

Clinging to the Trees of a Forest Fire - Songs of Ill Hope and..
hateful , chaotic, crushing, it mixes Punk-ish Sludge with Doom.

thinking also of this pearl of an Ep, demented, heavy and addictive as hell:

It takes a lot for an album to properly unsettle me, but Nivathe's full-length definitely does it. Truly a nasty album, and stylistically not far off from Dragged into Sunlight.

Also, Clinging to the Trees of a Forest Fire are a legit underrated grindcore band, so check em out if you're looking for one.
Still also have a couple handful of bands to listen to

Benümb had a pretty dense production on Withered Strands of Hope and are definitely ugly and chaotic.

Some of the grindier goregrind bands like Last days of Humanity or Dead Infection maybe.

Not that much low end but Deathchurch had a nice combination of raw black metal and chaotic grindcore.

Just found a band called Undergang, super deep and dirty. Riffs are awesome, vocals are pretty nasty too. At least on "Misantropologi".

Now, for some of the actual ugliest and most disturbing music ever created, I present Stalaggh's "Pure Misanthropia".

Just listened to Undergang recently; their Indhentet Af Døden EP is pretty good.
I'll have to listen to Pure Misanthropia soon

I second that. Great band, the best way I can describe them is blackened grindcore built on tremolo riffs.

I second this. Their entire discography is worth checking out. For the most part it only gets nastier the further back you dig.

Proclamation is a Spanish Blasphemy clone worth checking out.

Beherit's early output deserves a mention here too.

Analepsy has some slick production, but they're still one of the best bands slam has to offer. Try Cephalotripsy if that band is too polished for you.

Slightly off-topic but what the heck…: King Crimson. Not metal – although you could argue that "21st Century Schizoid Man" was one of the first metal tracks ever – but they could be ugly as hell.

Try a couple of hours of King Crimson improvisations (they have a huge catalogue of improvisations and strange projeKCts) and start with "THRaKaTTaK", a concise collection of live improvisations from the "THRAK" tour.

After enjoying / suffering hours and hours of this stuff, you will be a new person: your subconscious (that's the place under your bed where the monster lives) will have eaten everything else in your head, your personality will have vanished, and your long-term memory will look like a decaying bridge engulfed by mist.

You can, of course, reach the same results by listening to David Hasselhoff for two weeks straight but recommending doing that would by quite cruel.
