Hi this might seem like a strange request but what I'm really looking for is bands that utilize a DSBM style (slow melancholic guitars, post-rock influences, minimal melody) but with lyrics and an overall vibe that is uplifting, triumphant, and evoking a sense of hope and championing over personal struggles. Black Metal that renews a sense of awe and wonder about the world around you and begs you to keep going, keep trying, keeping living - in spite of it all. I've always loved DSBM but I find it difficult to listen to now as I'm finally overcoming my depression and bettering myself, but sometimes my mind slides back into that dark place while listening to it. Any and all suggestions are welcome. No nazi shit tho. Cheers!

Elderwind - The magic of nature (e.g. The coming of spring)
Vordven - Towards the frozen stream
there'd be more, one particularly good one escapes me now.

Deafheaven would be the most obvious answer, but if you want black metal that's actually good, you'd probably be interested in Forteresse, Ulver, Agalloch and Drudkh.

I don't know about any slow uplifting BM, but Krallice' Dimensional Bleedthrough is very positive and emotional sounding to me, not a lot of blastbeats too

Summoning and Midnight Odyssey for the synth side of things

Anti-Depressive Black Metal? WTF! Since when BM is a positive thing? Ridiculous!

Eh Pop is meant for money garbage to be honest. You can really tell that the mainstream society are truly obsessed with it. They can really just love the very clean vocals and all the time they don't even use guitars.

Mgla has always worked for me, which is funny given the generally pessimistic and nihilistic outlook of the lyrics, but paired with those soaring guitar lines and upbeat drumming it just seems so powerful to me, and I usually turn to them when I'm in a tough spot mentally.
Then there's pretty much the whole third wave that Mgla effectively launched and which share those musical traits. My latest great discovery is Vorga, this year's 'Striving toward oblivion' is a definite AOTY for me.

What works so well for me with DSBM is the fact that it brings me closest to a depressive state. Since I've never been depressed in my life, that's what I love so much. I could imagine it doesn't exactly help those who are on the verge of sliding back into depression. I can't really think of any like DSBM bands who use the same style, the point of the music is the depression. There are certainly upbeat black metal bands but the vocal delivery of DSBM is depression itself.

In addition to the good recommendations mentioned so far, I'll add Cascadian.

Somewhat of a melodic death influence there, but it's upbeat and black metal predominately.
