I have to say that Timeghoul was probably the most creative band of the early 90s as far as death metal goes. It's completely unfair to that band that they went unnoticed except for small trading communities and the release that Dark Descent did for them. Are there any current bands or band related/adjacent to Timeghoul? I exhausted my Demilich clones already.

I'm not sure I'd agree that Timeghoul were the most creative death metal band of the 90s, I like them a lot (particularly their first demo), but there were many other bands doing equally creative stuff in quite different ways.
Before answering this question, what are the aspects of Timeghoul that you are interested in hearing more of (also bearing in mind that the two demos sound quite different to each other)?

The great thing about these old, progressive death metal bands from the early 90s is how different they all sound (because they're genuinely progressive, not just writing to spec). This means that Pan.Thy.Monium sound different to Dark Millennium, who sound different to Phantasm, who sound different to Afflicted, and so on.

Chthe'ilist, Gutvoid, Cosmic Atrophy, and second Blood Incantation and Stargazer

Grevlar is a newer project from one of the members. I don't get into it too much myself but there are naturally similarities
