Hello!

Are there any (good) metal bands (or albums) with lyrics about NWO, globalism, WEF, world enslavement etc. - in short, conspiracies regarding that kind of stuff?

For example like Hypocrisy's Worship album from last year, but maybe more direct or toughtful or serious... - it's hard to describe what I'm looking for as I'm not a native English speaker.

Please do recommend and thank you in advance!

Thrash band Havok is basically infowar metal, so I'm sure such topics represents at least 60% of their lyrics. Same for Megadeth in the past 20 years.

Thank you. I find Megadeth lyrics quite vague though. Havok I've checked out, but they don't seem anything special. I'm looking for a more personal, I guess a "first person view" lyrics. I like Steep Prophet's Dark Hallucinations album a lot as half of the album is written about the book Fahrenheit 451, but I'm interested in finding a band/album with a more original and contemporary story in the same vein.

Mayhem had such lyrics on Esoteric Warfare. It might be a bit more esoteric and mystical than what Megadeth does, but it references elites, secret societies, chemtrails, mind control, war, alien DNA and whole package.

Early Testament as in The New Order? OK, though I'd prefer something more current, like from the last 5 years or so. And I'm mainly interested in heavy/power/speed/thrash, not a big fan of death/black (with a few exceptions). And thank you.

Agent Steel has some N.W.O themed songs. Hercules from Greece also have an unreleased song about that. If you want, I can send it to you.

Thanks, Bronze Age, I've just listened to one song, sounds good.

And thank you, nightbreaker33 (It your nick off the 1st DiMeo album with Riot? I love Riot!), I know Agent Steel very well and love them too. And sure, how can you send it to me, can you uplaod it somewhere and paste a link? I'd like to read the lyrics too.

Isn't this basically the entirety of the NSBM genre?
Spear of Longinus is surprisingly good punky black/thrash, despite the ridiculousness of their concept.

Do you have an e-mail where I can send it to you privately? It is from an unreleased album and I don't want there to be a massive leak. I hope you understand.

Gamma Ray - "No World Order!"
Right up your alley.

Warrior's "Fighting for the Earth" also springs to mind.

Got a somewhat similar vibe from Warrior's "Fighting for the Earth", they were ahead of their time.

Okay, here's one from Testament from 7 years ago...
Spoiler: show

Norwegian thrash metallers Tantara has some NWO imagery on their covers, so there's a big possibility that their lyrics also carry the theme.
