I'm looking for black metal bands, songs, or albums with a certian type of riff. I don't know what to call it, but you know it when you hear it, Burzum does it a lot, atmospheric riffs that give off a "traveling", trippy feeling. I know I'm being extremely vauge here, so here are some examples of what I mean.

The intro riff to My Journey To The Stars by Burzum(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zAZeyCIqO4), intro riff to Ea, Lord Of The Depths also by Burzum (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ar624HUZOs) and of course the intro riff to Devastate Their Good by Aryan Terrorism(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAjAFTzRBec).

The beginnings of all of those songs are the kind of "traveling" riffs I'm looking for.

Any reccomendations are helpful, thanks =]

Dark -1.-1 On Darkspace's first demo is very similar to those. Maybe a bit simpler but it gives me that same kind of feeling.

The band was actually cool enough to release the demo for free on their website http://www.darkcyberspace.com/dark_space-i.html (Good quality 320 Mp3, Just click on Dark -1.-1)

Also I just realized that Mushroom Clouds and Dusk By Thornium has a lot of riffs like that. Example - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgZDzHhkwZU

I would advise checking out Fullmoon's "United Aryan Evil" Demo.

Just about to suggest this. There's one riff you'll die for, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrsPRa2Mz1o
skip to 1:11...pretty much the greatest riff ever.
