Have been starting out listening to some power metal.
Am looking for something similar to Dream Evil's "Losing You". Is there any other really good power metal love ballad worth recommending?

Not heard one in the OP but you should listen to Forever Shine On by Edenbridge

Ahh Power Metal ballads...probably one of my favorite things in the world.

Some favorites:

Highland Glory - This Promise I Swear, Will We be Again
Timeless Miracle - Memories
Falconer - Portals of Light
Kamelot - Love you to Death (There are plenty Kamelot ballads, but this is my favorite)
Freedom Call - Bleeding Heart
Sonata Arctica - Letter to Dana (Same as Kamelot)
Edguy - Save Me, Scarlett Rose

First of all, an obvious one: Sonata Arctica - Replica

Second of all: Pagan's Mind - Search For Life
Beautiful solo at the end.

Third of all: I also find Blind Guardian's cover version of "To France" very awesome in this department.

And that's pretty much it. I'm not that much into power metal, so it's all I have for now.

Great choose, power metal ballads are very melodic and lovely, so:

Skylark - 'Dream', Believe in Love', 'Love'.

Stratovarius - 'Mother Earth', 'Liberty', 'Years Go By', '4000 Rainy Nights', 'Winter Skies', 'Celestial Dream', 'Forever'.

Helloween - 'A Tale That Wasn't Right', 'Windmill'. 'I Don't Wanna Cry No More'.

Viper (brazil band)- 'Living For The Night'.

Savatage - many ballads on their '91 and '93 albums.

Seventh Avenue - 'Where are You'

Narnia - 'Heavenly Love'

Nightwish - 'Sleeping Sun'

Rhapsody - 'Forest of Unicorns'

Kerion - 'Breath Of Heaven'

Dark Moor - 'Sound Of The Blade'

Cage - Souls And Flesh

Much darker and heavier than your standard power metal love ballad.
