Hi,

I'm looking for some faster-paced; well recorded; good Black, Death, or Thrash Metal LIVE ALBUMS. I'm thinking of bands that sound something like Absu (have a few live tracks and a bootleg), Taake (have forest and fog bootleg), Kampfar, Slayer (I have Live Undead), Death (I have the Death & Raw album), Bathory, etc. A combination or just the bands individually. Its hard to describe the similarity between all of them, but I think its there.

Something in the vein of those bands. Fast drumming, nice riffs, not a lot of atmospheric-ness, just good, pretty straight forward "extreme" metal. Maybe with a Satanic or Occult spin to it. Good compositions, etc. I love live albums, but am really lacking on them.

Any recommendations?? Thanks!

Destruction's Live Without Sense is not just a great live album, it's one of those rare instances where the live album is the band's best by far.

Belphegor's "Infernal Live Orgasm" is great. It's been awhile since I heard, but if I recall, they sped all the songs up live, making it even more bestial.
