Hey guys, i´m looking for some brutal death/grind bands (no straight death metal and grindcore), that have one significant feature: lots and lots of MELODIC leads, but remain brutal and filthy. And it doesn´t matter if the production is raw and lo-fi. So, any suggestions?

You should give Appalling Spawn a try. They sound like they're RIGHT up your alley.

Also give !T.O.O.H! a shot if you don't mind a dose of prog in your deathgrind.

Sickening Gore and Legal Butchery, perhaps? Ulcerous Phlegm as well, but they do not have the melodic leads.

Thanks for the rec´s. I always heard good things, especially about Sickening Gore and !T.O.O.H!, but never came to listen to them. I think now is the time.

Giving examples of bands that are in the vein of what you are or aren't looking for go a long way.

I would like to know why is that???
Because they are not considered metal? This is not fare!!!
