Like AA, Insomnium, Miseration. I really dislike Dark Tranquility-esque vox. Thanks in advance.

It ain't "tr00 melodeath", but if you can dig regular death metal with ample amounts of melody, then check out Vital Remains' Dechrstianize album.

Try Noumena and Omnium Gatherum (especially The Redshift). Also, if you don't mind some melodeath/thrash, check out Ticket To Hell.

Disinterment (this one: http://metal-archives.com/band.php?id=5748 )
Their album is out of print and according to them probably does not physically exist anymore, but it can be downloaded legally from krisnorris.com

Hm, I'd say Vehemence, particularly God Was Created. I remember the vocals being surprisingly deep for a melodic death metal band.
