As the title says, I'm looking for electronic music, perhaps in the vein of post-rock, which also uses classical stringed instruments (violin, cello, or piano). Basically, something which sounds like 65daysofstatic or The Album Leaf, but also incorporating classical instruments (I know 65days uses a piano).

You might want to try Ólafur Arnalds' Variations of Static EP. It's not post-rock though, but it gets pretty close from time to time.

Kashiwa Daisuke is quite similar to 36dos. He incorporates the same glitch sounds too
