Ok I know that Alkonost is a very unique band with a very unique style of music & vocal, my question is that are there any "very" close bands ( style, lyrics, language, music... ) to Alkonost ? ( Please don't mention Arkona )

Alkonost is so great because nobody else sounds like them. I think your best bet is other Russian folk metal bands, such as Pagan Reign, Tverd, Temnozor and Nomans Land. These bands are actually quite different from Alkonost musically but the lyrical themes are similar. The closest band to Alkonost in terms of sound is Arkona, which you already mentioned.

Cruachan could also be mentioned since they have the same male/female vocal style as Alkonost.
