I'm looking for albums with a charismatic guitar playing.
It doesn't necessarily have to be shred fest or any Malmsteen copycats, I don't care about technique AT ALL.
It can be from whatever genre (power, death, black, doom...as long as it has charismatic guitar playing)

Can you define charismatic here? Its not an adjective I associate with guitar playing....

Define charismatic. Do you mean like a warm feeling? Virtuosity? Something that sucks you into the guitar playing? I could see all three being qualities of what you're looking for.

If you mean something with a recognizable style in addition to being ultra-melodic on occassion, I'd recommend Pagan's Mind, Darkane or Non-Human Level.

For interesting technical, yet easily digestable stuff see Freak Kitchen or The Sean Baker Orchestra.
