If any of you are lucky enough to have had the chance to listen to Urheimat's debut The Gates to an Elder Constellation then you'll know what I'm talking about. Balls out constant shredding alongside grim symphonies and blast beats. Unfortunately the album only contains 9 songs and I am still craving more. These guys are some of the best (and only, I should say) technical progressive black metal I've come across. If you haven't heard the album the only place available to get a taste is their myspace.
What I'm looking for is black metal with a LOT of technical guitar solos and complex song structures.

Try Summon from the US, especially their later work.

Reverend Kriss Hades has some shred style soloing on the LP. I don't know if it's quite what you are looking for since a lot of the total sound has other influences and the main music is fairly simple. Closest I could think of...

Massakren are pretty good, but hard to find their stuff, I know the bassist and he said he'd copy me a CD, but I haven#t seen him in like a month, so I doubt it. Anyway back on topic, they are fairly mid paced BM but there is a fuckton of shredding
