I assume you mean more sorrowful black metal bands (as opposed to anger)?

It's kind of a vague request, but here's what I would say:
Summoning
Pensees Nocturnes
Funeral Mourning
Elysian Blaze
Lengsel

Haha, I've recommended Förgjord so many times. In fact, I recommended them just a few minutes ago. Anyways, they're quickly becoming one of my favorite bands. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrDYf-xFbZo

Lantlos - .Neon

This is a must have. I can't stress this enough. I haven't heard a better black metal record in a long time, it's raw emotion.

As for my input, I recommend some Hypothermia, especially the album Köld. Pure depressive BM. I also suggest Kim Carlsson's other project, Lifelover. They have quite a unique approach to music you just need to hear to understand.

Astral Luminous is a great example of this. Their title track is a pretty emotional track in my books. Sorry it's in two parts though, but it's the only version I can find.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u90g-hKcLzU
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIA4ImmjIhA

And if you're a fan of Austere, then I very much need to stress to you Woods of Desolation. It features Tim/Sorrow from Austere and their latest album Torn Beyond Reason is To Lay Like Old Ashes Part II. The title track off their latest album is a great example of this.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyDHckqZORw

Nontinuum, while being a little bit more raw and sloppy, continue in the same lineage as Austere and Woods of Desolation. So far they only have a demo out but what a demo it is!

You'd probably like Veil (USA) as they're in the same realm that the bands you listed are in.

Try their song Suicide Winds: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khmWPf7Da-4

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but I found A Forest of Stars to be emotional.

Other than that, I think you've pretty much gathered all the bands I would have recommended. xD

You really need to check out Wedard then. I find his most depressing song is "Venus In Winter Dusk."

Since you like Gris and Sombres Forets, you've heard of Misere Luminis right? Their album isn't at all what I thought a collaboration between the two bands would sound like, but it is great. Skagos is a band your list needs. Definitely try Gin by Cobalt. One of the best black metal albums ever made, and certainly not lacking emotion. I might be wrong, but maybe you should check out SIG:AR:TYR's latest album. Neige and Noirceur's 2010 album is another great black metal album from Quebec.

FUCK!

Cant beleive I forgot IIAC!
Best DSBM band to ever have existed. There's more emotion in the first 3 seconds of the track "Finally Happy" than there is in the entire catalogue of Xasthur, Shining, Wolves In The Throne Room etc combined (and that's saying something, apart from Xasthur those are 2 amazing bands!)

The first 3 seconds of that song are badly programmed drum machine.

Saying that someone is better than Malefic at creating emotional black metal is a bit like saying someone is a better juggler than Stephen Hawking.

Not really a black metal aficionado here, but I always thought Nachtmystium was very emotional, incorporating unorthodox BM elements into the music:

To my knowledge, black metal bands don't express human emotions.

Anyway, check out Netra. Very curious combination of trip-hop and melancholic BM.

:D Nice one...

Honestly, where is the emotion in this DSBM garbage? "I'm In A Coffin" sound like a bunch of kids with a tape deck.

and conspicuous by their absence .. Dråpsnatt!

Both albums rich with passion and emotion, honestly couldn`t choose between them.

Nor sure how you define emotional, but you might like Covenant.
