Needs research. - Ex Qummora Geni
Location: Trenggalek, East Java, Indonesia
Genre: Black/Gothic Metal

Releases:
- Ex Qummora Geni

Needs proof of release.

On a side note, I think it's high time someone got in touch with the owners of these Indonesian bootleg labels (Embek Ireng, Legion Hitam Nusanatra) to scrape up whatever legit releases there were. It's a treasure trove of one-off demo bands that will simply be forgotten otherwise.

Regarding Ominous Necro (Texas), their old FB page now links to Endymion TX, who have a single out on Spotify.
https://open.spotify.com/track/7C3n8HsX ... 3DXII&nd=1
I sent that page a message about O.N.'s demo.
https://www.facebook.com/Endymiontx
Added Endymion to the post, as one to check back on later.

That's a label, not a band. Also, there is an entry for it already: https://www.metal-archives.com/labels/V ... uary/60617

You have the wrong thread, Manue. This is for research of bands for potential addition. Labels get added to the site through band/release pages. If a band or release on the site should be attached to that label and isn't, please put in a report on that band's page, and if they're a metal band not yet listed and have a valid release (YouTube streaming not being a valid release per site guidelines), feel free to submit the band with audio and proof of physical or digital release (2 single minimum digitally with artwork unique to each single).

Listed genre: Death/Groove/Thrash Metal
Band members: Daniel (bass), Jimmy (drums, backing vocals), Pablo (guitars), Jay (guitars), Jayde (vocals)
Discography: Self-titled cassette (1997, 6 songs)
https://www.discogs.com/release/2589532 ... Z-SikatriZ

Needs research. - Reigner
Location: Poznań, Poland
- metal band that has 2 digital rehearsal demos on Bandcamp with identical artwork. One to check back on later.
https://reignerband.bandcamp.com/
https://www.facebook.com/reignerband
https://soundcloud.com/reignerband

Needs research. - Murdersite / Murderz
Location: Santiago, Chile
Band members: https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Zeta/233446
https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Frankcol/976135 (+ 2 more, first names only)
- they have some metal uploads on YouTube. Not sure if there's a valid release yet.
https://www.youtube.com/@murdersite
One of their members submitted Murdersite last month with an Instagram link (which doesn't work anymore). No link to a valid release, but what they had was listed as a digital release from November 2022, with the track listing: Prototype / Parasyte / Evil Dead.
The most recent uploads from the last 2 days they have a name and logo of Murderz, so they may have changed the name.

Added. - Nekrolog
Spoiler: show
Location: Banten, Indonesia
Genre: Blackened Thrash/Death Metal
- new band that put out a digital single a week ago. One to check back on.
https://nekrolog.bandcamp.com/releases

Needs research. - Rebirth
Location: Greece (?)
Genre: Thrash/Heavy Metal
Band members: Harris - Vocals, Savvas - Drums, Nikos - Guitars, Makis - Guitars/Bass
Streaming on YouTube is their 1999 demo, with 3 songs: Inside / Rebirth of the Weakness / Nothing Is Colder Than Ice. Release info unknown.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-lC_H3jJvI

Has been submitted. - Massacre
Spoiler: show
Location: Finland
- the first link here is a metal cassette that has songs included from 'unreleased LP'. The second might or might not be the same band, but is earlier and a more hardcore sound. If they had a valid metal release they could be added.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3CD1e8QPkiI
(same band?) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qdn_0JDwM1U
(additional info from Baldadeath - thank you.
For King Spooky: This is the band Massacre which started as a punk band, then became hardcore and in the final - unreleased - album they played crossover/thrash.

I made the 3xCD complete discography on Metal Warning Records ("From punk to the grave") a few years ago (I still have a few copies left at home)

This tape cover I don't know where it does come from: in the material that the singer sent to me, there was no trace of it. The album was unreleased: it may have been released for friends only or it could be a later bootleg edition made by the band

(edit: just talked with Pete right now: this is just one of the many tapes/compilation he made for selling at gigs or thru mail.... he can't remember the year of release))

This one just showed up on Discogs, if anyone from the US or thereabouts got 10 USD + shipping to spare.

Putting a submission together for this. Speed/Heavy metal with some punk and other weird influences (there is rapping on one song, for example); but it's still metal.

Do you need me to rip it for you?

Here's an archive of a defunct website, powerslave.com, which has a lot of reviews and information about California bands. The archive is from November 2006. Maybe there are some bands, or information contained that could be added to the site.

Needs research. - Intrepid Dissent
Location: Wisconsin, US
Genre: Progressive/Thrash Metal (as described when mentioned here: https://vk.com/@worldofmp-za-vratami-ad ... ereizdaniy )
Band members: See trivia note here for all 4: https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... olds/21143 ). Includes members of Morbid Saint, Malevolence, Dead Fly Boy.
Photo/Logo: https://imgur.com/6uMmlDa
1992 news article (I've been unable to read it because there is quickly a pop-up requesting enrollment in a subscription. Maybe information about a release is here?) - https://journaltimes.com/news/local/don ... 3983c.html
- Seems very likely they would have put out at least a demo, especially since one of their guitarists was a recording engineer at the time, and they were around for a couple of years. Discography unknown, though.

I wouldn't say Chris Wisco was quite yet a recording engineer back in 1991, to be fair and accurate. The only thing he had recorded was his own band's demo by then and after that it was several years before he was really doing much with that.

These bands each had a song on an extremely rare Italian compilation CD, "R.A.U.S.? Hard'n'Heavy CD Project" on the label Musical Box, 1991. Most of the bands on it are on the site already, and the band Honey Mama doesn't sound promising (though information can be found in trivia here ( https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... lio/445309 ) if you really want to pursue them. Here are the others, which are from Italy and have probably released at least a demo tape which the compilation song is sourced from, like the other bands featured.

Needs research. - Exsecror (not the one on the site)
Song title: "Slaughtering the Carcass"
Band members: Boris Dal Zotto (vocals), Roberto Deganello (guitars), Giorgio Filoramo (guitars), Filippo Boschetti (bass), Luca Mantese (drums)
What seems to be 3 of the former members are based in Schio, Venito, Italy.

Needs research. - Kingless
Song title: "Gipsy"
Band members: Cinzia Pozzan (vocals), Mauizio Corbo (guitars), Dario Consonni (bass), Massimo Corbo (drums, keyboards)
Needs research. - Aenphasys
Song title: "She Comes (Sister Death)"
Band members: Fabriano Bettio (vocals), Marco "Yorick" Tortato (guitars - https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Yorick/62650 ), Ivano Nasilli (bass), Thomas Carraro (drums), Denis Andolfo (keyboards).
- more info from LandSurveyor - thank you! Founded in 1987, the original lineup comprised:
Fabiano “Ciribin” Bettio – vocals
Marco "TNT" Tortato -guitars
Massimo “Max” Michieletto -bass guitar
Denis “DDT” Andolfo – keyboards
In the first two years drummer’s seat was most unstable, then Thomas “THO’” Carraro settled in.

Issued two demotapes:
“Demo ‘89 (HM Thou being the Best of Things)”: studio songs (4-track recorder) + live songs.
On this tape Tortato also served as lead vocalist as Bettio had temporarily left the band. As far as I remember, three versions of this demo circulated: first version with Michele Martini drums on all tracks; then a version with one “bonus” track, featuring Carraro on drums; last a version with some of the studio tracks re-recorded with Carraro on drums.
“Demo ‘90 (Not Withstanding the Situation)”, professional recording.
Original bassman Michieletto lost interest in the project and left the band shortly after having completed recording sessions*.

Following the release of the second tape and a positive review on the Metal Shock magazine, they signed with Musical Box Promotion (Klaus Byron), hence the CD. If memory serves me well, they also discussed a distribution agreement with Fireball Management (Ferro brothers, of Fireball magazine).

The song on the R.A.U.S. project, She Comes, was recorded specifically for the compilation.
By the time they entered the recording studio, Ivano Nasilli (ex-Stay Clean, later went pro) had replaced Michieletto.
The song was recorded in the same facility as the 2nd demotape: owned by engineer Paolo Cavallin, it was a small studio where also Black Jester and Signals had had their demo produced.
A professionally edited video of this song also exists.

Concerts were few and far in between.

Disbanded approx. one year after the CD was distributed.

*Homonymous with Massimo Michieletto of Asgard ( https://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=30) but definitely not the same person.
