(theunrelentingattack) Regarding Arbitrator (US), I sent a message to Curtis Scott Merrell to try to get more info. Since the eBay link is now expired, here is another link that shows proof of its' existence:
http://www.betterontape.com/search.php?item=59348

Regarding Stonehenge (Ger), demo producer Gerhard Magin responded to a message and said that he can't recall whether they played heavy metal or hard rock.

(Witcher) Regarding Broilers of Death (Åland Islands) - Through some Google searches, I was able to find out who some of the band members were. Maybe they could be asked about the release of their '92 demo:

Kristoffer Gottberg
https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... erg/341326

Torgny Stjärnfelt - drums
https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/ ... felt/91983

Roy Smeds - guitar, vocals

(G One) Regarding Disaster Area (US), in addition to Dino Fiorenza (as listed in the original entry), Ron Keel was also in this band (https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Ron_Keel/13959). One of their songs, "Now" is posted here on Dino's Myspace page, if you know how to get it to play: https://myspace.com/dinofiorenzabass/music/songs). "By Self" found at this same link is probably another Disaster Area song, since it is the name of their other album, but Dino Fiorenza is listed in the artist field.

(user that posted about this band no longer registered): Regarding Syrinx (Belgium), here is some more information about them:
http://users.telenet.be/denofiniquitybe/syrinx.htm

Current band homepage for Hot Stufff: http://www.hotstufff.be/Hot_Stufff/Home.html - features Hanz Six (https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Hanz_Six/108465). He was also playing in Neo-Prophet recently. He was in a band with Syrinx vocalist called Marsta Blasta in the late '90s, like mentioned at the Den of Iniquity site. http://www.bandtoband.com/band/marsta-blasta
Vocalist Heidi Duyck's YouTube page: https://www.youtube.com/c/heididuyck/videos (was most recently in a band called Nobody's Wife).

Added. - Consense (Germany)
Spoiler: show
could also be a potential addition but more research needed, especially in terms of samples. Most info is found on Discogs https://www.discogs.com/artist/4761122-Consense and some other webpages http://www.metalstorm.net/bands/album.p ... essage_id= https://rateyourmusic.com/release/ep/co ... the-storm/. I managed to find some of the songs from the demos on the re-release of Heaven Shall Burn's In Battle EP https://youtu.be/t_5r8dueBTM https://youtu.be/xEdcKrzvwJc https://youtu.be/GE1z8-7UZ9g https://youtu.be/QGBBO7ygt7w https://youtu.be/m_2dNNDfVLg and most of those songs sound like borderline metalcore cases, some more on the core side of things, some more on metal side of things.

Both removed.
Windquest identified looking at the picture on the neseblod list,
the other one is listed on Discogs:

Needs research. - Akeron

From what I can see on the pic Neseblod had listed, the tracklist is different. Can't identify the songs, though.
The j-card also has the band listed as Akeron, so I doubt it's the same band.
Making this the main post for this band to avoid further confusion, because the name had been questioned before.

Regarding Otovoid (US), one of their guitarists was Bob Capka rather than Bob Kapka (the spelling was off in the book that that information came from). I sent him a message on Facebook just now.

Hardcore-based metalcore with electronic influences. - Entropie
Spoiler: show
Genre: Metalcore
Country: Germany

Just some band I found surfing discogs. It says that they are metalcore, but I haven't been able to check because I couldn't find a stream anywhere or a website that would let me download it. I tried both 88nsm and RAC forum, but the former wants me to pay for an account to download it and the latter got stuck like 75% through the download and failed. I'll keep looking, but any help would be appreciated.

Added. - Silence
Spoiler: show

A Swiss band, which released extremely rare demo , which was only given out to friends. The band however pplays good heavy metal with female vocals reminiscent of Warlock/Zed Yago. I need more songs from the demo as well as mainly a proof of valid release:

Needs research. - Crazy
Genre: Heavy metal?

Released the demo tape Uncontrolled Emotions in 1988. I need proof of valid releases and more samples from the demo, since the only available sample online is a heavy metal style, epic ballad:

Silence (Swi) seems okay to add from the song and image provided in the YouTube video, and taking the uploader into consideration. Very good song.

None of the 3 ex-members from the band Bromothymol (France) that I was able to find on Facebook have responded back to messages, nor has France Metal Museum, so it seems the collecting of information on that great band is at a standstill. There has been more information gathered since their initial rejection. Could another moderator or 2 weigh in if all of the information here (including in the 'spoiler' section) seems enough for them to be added, or continue searching?

Regarding DeVol, their full demo was posted to YouTube yesterday. It would probably be considered more rock than metal, though is not far off from bands on the site like Lion, Keel, etc.

I wouldn't write the band off so quckly. Besides the bands you have mentioned, this is also similar to Dokken and its more recnet clones like the Swedish band Seven Wishes or to their fellow Seattle band Q5. Imo this could pass of as melodic heavy metal/hard rock. Of course, current moderators have the final say, so tiwould be interesting to know their opinion.

Takamidori san (1 week ago) NAVE (myself, now 'Takamidori san') joined in the middle. And guitarist NAVE withdrew sometime after Julie. Was it around 1999? We weren't very popular but I'm glad you remember us. Thank you very much.

manabudark Dix (2 years ago) great !!!!! (* ω`人) Can I ask you a question !!! Do you have any of Vampanera's demo tapes, I'm only aware of the one. (ZERO)

Takamidori san (1 week ago) Are you a fan of Vocalist KIZAI? She seems to be active still. Thank you very much. I'm sorry but I have no cassette tapes nowadays. . . haha!

Regarding Vampanera: I think, aht when there is a proof of valid release for at least one demo and five full songs, from which it is obvious , that the band plays metal, that the band could already be submitted. I wold like to get a moderator's opinoon on this, since in case of a positive answer, the user could be contacted to directly submit it.

(Witcher) Regarding Kastrator, here is the tape from a past auction:
https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/ ... -129841661

After doing a lot of zooming in and squinting, this is what I could read on the tape at that listing:

Additional words on the title: "We Dare You To...." "Starring Kastrator"
Song titles: Black Death / All (???) Up / (???) / Life in Sleazeville

Andy (??) - Vocals, all guitars
Dave Billam (maybe?) - Bass, Backing vocals
Mark (??) - Drums

Thanks: Malcolm Angel (? unsure of first name) and Geoff.
Recorded and mixed at Ohm Studios, 1988.

* Not the band from Ljubljana, Slovenia by the same name.

I forgot to follow up on this. What Witcher said is probably correct even though the samples are pretty short. This probably doesn't need to be researched further.

Regarding Bad Täst (France), I found a Facebook page for them. There doesn't seem to be any sound clips, and band members aren't listed in the 'about' section or on any posts. I sent a message to the page, to see if they can send an audio sample. Here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/Bad-T%C3%A4st-48636851295/

Also, the song "Power Threshold" (the opener of their 1996 second demo tape) is on this obscure compilation tape, "Metal Action": https://rateyourmusic.com/release/comp/ ... al-action/

Interview (in French) with the person who did the Metal Action compilations (of which at least 2 exist, the second released in 2000): http://www.leprozy.com/interviewmetalaction.htm (email address is listed - may have samples of the compilations).

Added - have removed from list.

Witcher: Quite a coincidence here - there was a submission for a band called Thok that came from a book about UK thrash metal. They have been accepted based on information from the book, and were originally called Kastrator (the same band that released the tape that was recently found on Worthpoint and on the Amethyst blog list, that you posted about 2 days ago). They can be submitted based on the fact that it is the same band as Thok, with only a name change. Also to note, the same article said that Kastrator has a demo titled "First Slice" from 1988. Whether that is the same release as the "The Abominable Tuna" under a different name or not isn't known.

Looks like they might also have another demo release from around the same time:

Regarding Voice (Los Angeles, California), here is a Bandcamp page that hasn't released an album yet on it but has streaming of some songs for what might be a future release:

- "Caaerino Laas/The Truth" on "The True Ideal Realized Through The Underground" compilation CD (1998) (https://www.discogs.com/Various-The-True-Ideal-Realized-Through-The-Underground/release/2748861)

Need samples. Someone may have the comp, though as the tracks aren't on the demo as well, that may or may not be acceptable evidence (please advise!). Obviously the same band though from the line-up.

(Billm99uk): Death Seed looks interesting. Here is the compilation that they're on for sale:
https://yperano.com/product/the-true-id ... ive-songs/
The compilation tracks would be acceptable evidence.

Needs research. - Confirm the Fallen

Genre: Supposedly played melodic death metal/metalcore initially, and then went on to play a poppy metalcore style.

Location: Friendship, Wisconsin

Discography:
-2007 EP (supposedly their melodic death metal/metalcore release)
-Machines (2009) (their unacceptable metalcore release)

This band was previously on the site but was seemingly removed, probably for their 2007 EP not having evidence for a valid physical release (since the band isn't blacklisted). However, since the digital policy has changed, it is possible the EP can be considered a VR now. The only problem is that I haven't found any mention of the EP outside of it being discussed on MA, and archive, org hasn't saved anything that shows that this was released. I've found that TheGrimWombat submitted this band based on that EP. I asked him and he doesn't have samples anymore, however. I need samples and proof of a VR for their 2007 EP.

Their MySpace (unfortunately there's nothing useful on it but I'm linking just for reference): https://myspace.com/confirmthefallen

Derek Moffat (one of the guitarists who played for this band) is actually in Dreamhouse, anyone with a Facebook account can do you the favor of contacting him:

Also metal bros: a woman in that band? why if that conflicts with their image it's their prerogative to kick her out

(Azmodes): Regarding Trash (Netherlands, pre-Emerald), Emerald's Facebook or homepage could be contacted - former Trash members Allard Ekkel and Bert Kivits are active in the band and may be able to clarify release and distribution details of their cassette:
https://www.facebook.com/Emerald.NL
http://www.emeraldholland.nl/contact/

Their current label, Metal on Metal Records might be able to help if that doesn't work:

(original poster inactive, so anyone who would like to look into adding them): Regarding Violent Bloodshed (Aus):
ReverbNation page: https://www.reverbnation.com/violentbloodshed
- band member who has personal and band Facebook links where further questions could be directed (if a physical copy exists):

(Witcher): Regarding Tulip (Brazil) - this person posted several videos of the band and may be a former member, or could be someone with more details on whether there was ever an official release:

(user no longer registered, so anyone who wants to add them): Forever Nite should be good on verification with this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ahx0MO-5zzo
So, a full release was downloadable and possibly physically released at one time. Even if every track on the release isn't known, with enough samples if they are determined to play mostly metal they could be added. The release and any known details about it can be written into additional notes until more information is found.
