The mod might have just missed that. Submit it again with that link still in it and just put a note in the submission notes that the tape is available on bandcamp.

Will do, thanks.

Added. - Every Body Dies
Spoiler: show
Myspace: https://myspace.com/everybodydies666 (w/ samples)
Release: https://www.discogs.com/Every-Body-Dies ... se/8453883 (tagged as death metal)

Given the label and their "looks", I'd say grindcore; however, they could be hardcore or crossover for all I know. I still can't get myspace music to play, so this one's for those who can.

Features members of:

Three former members of Sacrifice were also members of Jade. The band's style is described as hard rock on most pages. For details, see my "anonymous" report on them:

eDIT: I have found a second Jade song from the album: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xM0bWkkk28
Now that we have two Jade songs from Jade together, what do the mods think about their style?

Needs research. - Mordor (Germany, heavy metal?)
- Mordor (1990, demo)

http://www.metal-archives.com/artists/D ... tke/154060 It seems very unlikely that this is the same Mordor as the German one already listed. According to this CV, the dates don't fit at all and neither does the discography; granted, Radtke is from North Rhine-Westphalia as well, but I wouldn't read too much into it as it's the most populous German state (by a rather wide margin) and over one fifth of German MA entries are from there. Anyway, formed by Radtke in 1990 and changed name in 1991 to...

Needs research. - Dario (Germany, heavy metal?)
- Dario (1991, demo)
- Psycho (1992, demo)
- Spell of a Blind Man (1994, demo)

According to the CV, the band was also featured on two V/A samplers, titled First Step (1993) and Swim or Drown (1994).

Not much more to be extracted; the email address is dead. All the demos are referred to as "releases" (one unnamed Charan album is also specifically referred to as "unreleased", so the distinction is noteworthy). The bands are simply called "heavy metal".

If the recording quality is representative of the rest of the demo, I'd say that's alright.

We have 5 out of 8 tracks: 3 on YouTube (Dogmatic, Terraforming, and Spurious Emotions) and 2 on Myspace* (Disordered Moralities, Wasting Credibility).
I don't think the remaining tracks are of lower quality, but that's just me thinking "why would they be?".

Antares (Deu) is blacklisted; so, if you could add a bare entry, I'd dress it up. No need for all the hassle of un-blacklisting and re-blacklisting, I suppose.

*I'm able to listen to Myspace music on my phone again; still no luck getting songs to work on my computer.

I can't submit a blacklisted band without whitelisting it first either, same difference. I've removed it, feel free to submit.

Hey i'm really sorry if this has been discussed before,i looked around and it doesn't seem so, but I thought i would try and help.

the band Culture Killer is signed to Metal Blades record and released their debut album Throes of Mankind on November 27.

Bands Bio:
Spoiler: show
"Throes of Mankind" was engineered by Austin Coupe and Kenny Gil at Pig Pen Recordings, mixed by Kenny Gil, and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music. Culture Killer described the tracking process as "the smoothest, most fun process we have ever experienced." Guitarist/vocalist Hunter Young added that "Kenny and Austin are old friends of ours, so honestly it was just an all around amazing experience."

The Culture Killer lineup is rounded out by vocalist Ian Campbell, guitarist Trevor Kopp, bassist Collin Townsend, and drummer Dylan Blow. The band delivers pummeling metallic hardcore with violent, malevolent fervor. Musically, and lyrically, the band can simply be described as disgruntled and malevolent. The band would argue this is warrented given the current state of the world. Hunter Young explains: "The album hits on specific topics that the world is currently, and has been battling. Such as: racism, human trafficking, pedophilia in the pulpit, addiction, and the digital age ruining real human communication."

Culture Killer is the platform the members use to discuss topics they deem to be important. Not merely important, but topics they feel should be under discussion. They feel ultimately that "using the band to do anything other than talk about the evils and tragedies in the world would be doing an injustice to the listener and to ourselves."

I can understand if I has not been included for being too mallcore. But to me they sound Metal enough. Just a difficult genre to pin down.

Here are two examples:

Hey Antioch. I know that you probably you don't know much Spanish or 0 Spanish, so I'm going to summarize it for you in English and in other words:
All those demos were released. The problem was rooted according to Amputation, is that they were demos with a bad, rough and disastrously sound released digitally. Other than that, the songs from those demos were recorded by members who eventually took the songs to other bands xD.

I sincerely hope this works for you or works in general for this thread.

Amputation just confirmed me a few minutes ago, that the demos were only released in USB format for radio stations. No only-streaming on YouTube, nor any digital platform in general.

Have you done a draft and just need more samples for that one? I've just picked up the CD from a Japanese auction site, so I could send a link when it turns up.

I made a draft and submitted it a while back, but you feel free to make a new draft and submit it if you think it qualifies and I'll fill in the blanks.

TheStormIRide listened to the samples, too.

I submitted Planet Earth (Japan), but it was rejected as 'more rock than metal overall' so that one can be removed from the list. They only had that one album.

Needs research. - TroneVakt.

I've been able to add most info on my draft - artworks, song name and length, logo, band photo. I came back to this band recently and updated the draft with the official facebook page (doesn't seem to be active any longer).

However, I still fail to locate any proof of the music available for sale, I personally don't have a physical copy of the release, plus the guy from the project moved to another country so I've been unable to establish contact to attempt to get a photo of a copy or something.

At the time I recall he distributed most of his stuff by himself, could someone approach the draft and ascertain if it may be considered valid or offer some help ? The guy released at least 4 EPs spanning from 2005 to 2008, and I can't find anything online that would display a physical copy... at the time digital distribution wasn't as common either so no luck with bandcamp.

If I recall correctly, the guy in fact recorded 8 releases, but I could only find data regarding the 4 I added in my draft.

You seem to have been successful with Spirit of Metal, but that's of no use to MA:

Wait for more responses. Others may be more helpful. For all it's worth, as it stands, your draft isn't submittable.

I've now added both to the draft... although it may never be published if no one can find anything about the releases. Never held one, so not even sure if he simply had CD-Rs or something like that. Lets see if someone can dig up some more info!
