Awesome - all caught up here. I put in the alternate spelling for Mortuorio to avoid that from happening again (I was typing an 'a' by accident on the second 'o').

I figured it was something simple like that, thanks, dude.

Red Sky (US) - there are at least 3 releases from this band here. I listened to the first one, and it sounds like it has a chance. Christian Heavy Metal/Hard Rock.
https://bkmusic777.blogspot.com/2021/

Looks like there's a lot of rare Christian Metal/Rock here - might be worth keeping an eye on if interested.

A little more info about Red Sky here: https://christiantapeunderground.wordpr ... he-future/

I submitted Dark Swan. To me The Fallopian Dudes just sounds like Stoner Rock to me; Abisal is a band that I've investigated in the past (Mostly their 2015 album that they have streaming on youtube) and I've always decided not to submit after listening. Personally, I'd wait until Sons of the Crows released something else before submitting; that release isn't convincing to me.

Takedown from France has been blacklisted. Perhaps because this band was deemed too hard rock?

Okay, I guess they had been blacklisted earlier this year. Didn't realize that, sorry.

Svart Tanke (Sweden) -
https://malumskane.bandcamp.com/album/t ... med-skiten
- this had been listed in the discography of Malum. It should have its own page, if determined to be metal.

Sorry, this is like too crust punk to make the cut I'd say.

Submitted Abisal based on one of their EPs. Didn't listen to their other stuff, but I thought it sounded like it had potential.

Necroptic Remnants -
https://coleiosis.bandcamp.com/album/de ... immorality

The cassette EP and digital release of their 2008 album "Devouring Disincarnate Immortality" is currently on the page of Impulsive Disembowelment. Since it is a substantial name change to Necroptic Remnants, they should have their own separate page. Once it's added, I can just merge both versions of the release over to the new page, so no need to enter in the release. Already checked the music too, and it can be accepted.

I'd submit the other two but I'm out of queue slots :D

It looks like only one new song was released by Urban Aliens since they were blacklisted, so best to hold off there. Thanks.

Jeff Scheetz (US) -
https://www.discogs.com/Jeff-Scheetz-Wa ... er/1606852

https://jeffscheetz.bandcamp.com/album/in-the-beginning
- tracks 10-16

This had been previously blacklisted, likely because of the "Woodpecker Stomp" album (which seems to be a little more common), but the debut album, "Warp Speed" that is linked above is purely a Progressive Metal/Shred album in the vein of Metal Archives-listed bands Vinnie Moore, Jason Becker, Patrick Rondat, Tony MacAlpine, etc. It just needs a note saying Accepted onto Metal Archives based on the debut album, "Warp Speed". The style changed and several albums followed which were much different.

Dead Maple (Norway) - released "Elegy" demo tape in the early '90s. Haven't had much of a chance to listen, but there might be some potential here, for progressive melodic heavy metal.

Seemed like potentially acceptable melodic heavy metal/hard rock. Submitted.

Salem UK -
https://www.metal-archives.com/albums/S ... raw/800694

While at a glance this looks like a minor name change, in 2018 Salem ( https://www.metal-archives.com/bands/Sa ... iscography ) branched off into two different bands, neither of which contained the two founding members. While members of what had been the current band at the time changed their name to Salem UK, the other 2 continued on as From Salem. If you look at the report on their M.A. page, there is a legal document showing this. After looking into it, in my opinion this should be treated as 3 bands: Salem (which ended in 2018), Salem UK (2018-present - released "Win Lose or Draw"), and From Salem ( https://www.facebook.com/FromSalemBand ) - have not yet checked if they have a release. Based on what I can see at a glance, the Facebook pages each consider themselves to be a continuation of Salem.

Although I think you have a point, I wouldn't call this release predominantly metal; someone can submit if they disagree with me.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Also, looking into it further I'm not sure how active From Salem is - they played a show in 2018 with that formation. Still, the split or branching off into two bands didn't seem to be amicable and without either of the founding members their page should be cleaned up whether Salem UK is deemed metal or not (glad to do so once we decide on it) - if not metal, removing that release and explaining what had taken place in the bio/readjusting the line-up. I thought that it was fairly rock sounding, but maybe worth a shot. (by the way - current band picture is of From Salem, but a Salem UK CD is in their discography).

(update Oct. 6: Salem page is straightened out now).

Aura (Japan) - Heavy Metal/Hard Rock
https://heavymetalrarities.com/forum/vi ... 77#p220977
(stylistically not far from "The Ultimate Sin". Should be fine, I just listened to both songs)

(edit) - just realized after looking on Discogs that they have a ton of releases (assuming that it's the same band). They haven't been blacklisted yet. Don't have time to look into it any further right now, but if they're metal feel free to submit) -
