I place this post just for an info about this guy.
Some months ago me and my friend have bought some stuff from this guy.

I bought 20 cds from this guy, but he send me only 15 cds, so he have to send me 5 cds more to complete my order.

And My friend bought his vinyl for 250 Euro, including the shipping cost. It's the order for 40 lps. The order is a transaction through Discog with order # 437664-244 and 437664-243, But he never send anything to my friend until today.

Me and my friend always send Sijtze emails for many times, but he reply just for sometimes, and he only answer that he will send my cds and my friend's vinyls. But until now there is NOTHING from this guy.

Then i give him times until last week to send our stuff to Indonesia ! And he said that he will send the stuff, so then i said, if he send the stuff to me and to my friend, send us also the track number. But there is NOTHING until today.

it's about that time (or some months before) he started to promote his 'business' big time here in Holland.
Sending mailings on a weekly basis, sometimes daily, letting everybody know what he has to offer.
Maybe it's getting to much for him to handle
and is he starting to make mistakes.

I emailed him a few times as well on behalve of Axx, friendly asking what's going on, but no answer, nothing !
So I guess he's only answering emails in which people want to buy stuff.

Hi. I'm new to this board.
I noticed this topic since yesterday when I was searching for more info about Sijtze Annema on google.
I've ordered 5 cd's from this dude also a week ago. Well, I've done it before a few months ago and it went fine.. Untill this time.
I've ordered 5 cd's and it still hasn't arrived. I tried to e-mail him several times but he hasn't replied so far.
I also saw the link to his house where he supposed to live. Strange indeed.
What more steps can I tak to get my money back from him?

And does anyone know a good genuine website thast sells AOR/ Melodic Rock/ Trad. Metal CD's? Pref. in the Netherlands?

How did you order them and pay for them?
If you used Discogs or Ebay + Paypal etc go through them

It's no secret that if you want to make a phonecall from outside of Holland to a Dutch telephonenumber,
one has to delete the first '0' and add 0031' instead.
Seems like he's still using that phonenumber as it is listed in multiple recent ebaylistings and auctions on a local Dutch auctionsite.
I guess it's not forbidden for 'victims' of this guy to phone him and ask about their deal ...

I've send an e-mail to the Dutch police yesterday evening, and I've send a copy report to my bank.
As far as that phonenumber concerns, somehow I don't have the nerve to use that phonenumber. It might also be a fake number.
But as his bankaccount-number is correct, I suspect that his number is also the right one. Anyway, I don't dare to call him...

What should I do about my report to the police?

that's actually quiet simple,
if he takes care of everything then there is no ground for the police to take action.
So wait until you received the stuff you ordered and then notify the police about these facts.

Let's see what this guy does with all other people who have 'bad experiences' with this guy,
for example the one who started this thread .... mr. Axx (and his friend).
Making things all right for Dutch customers is the easiest (and best) thing to do for him as they are pretty 'close' so to say,
Axx on the other hand is situated on the other side of the globe, little chance he will come to Holland and visit this guy.
I guess the only thing Axx can do is make a phonecall as well (which will cost him some unforseen money) and try and sort things out.

Yeah Mr. Madcow i will try my best to contact this guy, but before i do make a phone call to this fucker, let's make this guy feel bad, i mean so many people call him, like you bro, then also Mr. Marmer and so on, so i think he must realize that we are here, in this forum for a narrow side, and all metalheads across the globe, have a great connection, we help someone from the other side of the world to get what he/she have paid for. I do not want to crash this guy, Sijtze, i just want to make he realize that to be a bad seller or bad trader is not easy and it will consume his energy so much, so why just be a good seller or trader, cause it will use the same energy.
