Guess the face paint is understandable as it's supposed to imitate some sort of camouflage but that guy on the left should at least grow long hair if he wants to look pagan.

Pretty cool pic in itself even though the band members look lame. I'm going to predict, before klicking the link, that they are American and that atleast one of them are named Trey or something like that. Maybe Trevor. Probably the guy with short hair.

Edit: Well, looks like I'm not going to become a profet anytime soon. They really had the look of an American suburban high school friend black metal band. Turns out they are Colombian. Trey's name is actually Julien, should anyone care.

Apparently this is Rob Darken. I'm quite suspicious on this but still even if it isn't him it's evidently someone trying to pretend it is since he does wear a very similar costume in another pic. My guess is that this his children taking a bath in a traditional fashion and that is something Darken is obsessed with (pagan, medieval stuff). Weird thing to take a photo of either way.
