I'll be honest, I cannot really think of too many. Ice Ages, project of . . . one of the Summoning guys comes to mind, but its not really "electronic" as such. I'm wondering if any ultrkvlt BM artists have some sort of Royksopp style side project or something. Like Fenriz and his house DJ stuff.

Any suggestions or thoughts here? My exclusion above of Ice Ages certainly doesn't mean that other EBM style projects can't be mentioned . . .

PS. I think this forum is appropriate as the topic is only tangentially about metal, but mods can move it or whatever if needed :)

If you like Attila Csihar, get Plasma Pool's II - Drowning, some of his all time best vocal acrobatics on that one.

Marko/Holocausto (Beherit) was a dj for some time and released one record, but I've never heard it.

Maniac is featured on a couple of industrial/dark ambient related projects, like Sehnsucht and Voluspå.

Mika Luttinen (Impaled Nazarene) and Magus Wampyr Daoloth (Necromantia) did Diabolos Rising project. IIRC, there was electric bass guitar on the debut album, though.

It has to be black metal artists? Otherwise I would definitely mention JK Flesh (Justin Broadrick from Godflesh and Jesu) and Mick Harris' Scorn (but also his project Fret), even though Mick Harris left the metal scene long ago.

Bong-Ra played in a few metal bands in the late '80s/early '90s before he started doing his breakcore stuff.

Aaron Funk of Venetian Snares is a self-confessed Metalhead, although it's hard to find any of his Metal-era demo's anymore due to the popularity of VS taking over his discography. I'm not sure if Håvard Ellefsen (Mortiis, ex Emperor) would be considered Electronic or not but his music is worth a listen.
