Must have gotten some spyware or something, but does anybody know how to fix this? The problem is, every search I do on google just yields a bunch of results that will lead me to crappy search engines and ad sites if clicked on. I have spybot but it sucks and tells me the PC is not even infected.

ever tried:
HiJack This?

Maybe it would also be good to run regmon and filemon and see what is happening on your pc.

I had to reformat after it happened to me - for some strange reason it even affected my Wii and PS3 browsers, but when I reformatted my main desktop everything was back to normal
('twas embarrassing it would open porn sites sometimes, and when you are trying to show your dad some war movie listing it makes for an uncomfortable situation)

Try running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

One of the best programs I've seen in awhile.

Recently I had some spyware on my computer too. A buddy of mine recommended me this one to clear the mess up:

It's for free (Free Edition) and did really work tremendously well.
