Just like Ordering from Hell's Headbangers, she's even more protective of Vinyl when she sends it

Anyone ever ordered from Permeated Records? I was recently looking to buy some Septycal Gorge & Embryonic Depravity merch, but decided to come on here first to see if anyone knows if they are reliable or not!

Purchased a couple CDs through Fog Music Shop (Ukrainian based distro) and it's clean. You register to purchase, they accept paypal, in case you forget there is a guy who emails you politely and with good grammar, and everything is settled.

I'll come back here once I've actually received the CDs just to see how long the shipping takes.

I'm not exactly sure where to put this, but I've been looking for a copy of "Antithesis of Light" for a long time, does anyone know of any distros that may carry it?

Pre-ordered the Burzum-Belus white LP there when it was released. After several messages he told me he only received a few from the label and he can't fulfill all pre-orders.
Afterwards he sold at least 15-20 copies on Ebay. So I won't order there again bacause this is is a bullshit behaviour towards customers.

I have to ask again:

What is going on with Darkland records (Germany)

He told me last week he had shipped my package for around 6-8 weeks ago.
I can't belive the post service from germany is this slow.

Today i got a package from Obscure Abhorrence Productions ( also germany) And this package was shipped on Monday. So it toke only 2 days to get here.

And this order from Darklands is a big one, i really don't want to lose it :/

That doesn't sound good... Did they give you a tracking number or something? The post service can't be that slow. Either your package got lost in the mail or they didn't send it. Can't really imagine it being the last but you never know... Stay in touch with them I guess.

No, i have not got any tracking number.

And i have made one order before this one, that was last year i think.

After one month i asked where my package could be, and then he told me he had forgot to shipp it. So i might belive thats the case this time to.

Haha (well actually it isn't really funny). My experiences with them were also that they were quite lazy. From Germany to Holland in a month, that's just plain lazyness.

Well they are also more than slow within Germany. Last year I think I ordered 5-6 times from them and it always took more than 2 weeks within the same country. It also happened that it took almost one month.
My last order from them was around 2 months ago and it contained an LP that I already paid in November 2009 which he forgot to include in the package back then but with the last order finally everything was solved.

I usually only order there if they have something special much cheaper than others and the prices usually are among the cheapest you can get and they offer free shipping in Germany at a pretty low order level compared with other distros.

I received a package from Darkland today, 6 days after it was shipped.
He's not a rip-off in my experience so he will probably work something out if your stuff doesn't arrive.
Ask for a tracking number like the others said. It was probably sent registered.

Question about Grau.cd

Do they have all the items they've listed in hand?

They use a database, so they supposed to have everything listed, but it always better to send a e-mail before just in case.

Ok I just got my CDs in the mail - two Nokturnal Mortum albums (the newest one and the Goat Horns 2010 reissue). My Goat Horns CD and everything was fine, but the Voice of Steel case was royally fucked up - teeth smashed in, case has a big cut, and one of the flaps snapped off. Nothing was wrong with the disc or the booklet themselves, thankfully, so of course, this is all because it was mailed halfway across the world and was bound to get roughed up, so no biggie really from the distro itself - it's based in Ukraine, so that was expected.

I ordered September 10th or 13th (maybe in between, I can't remember) and today is the 24th, so a good two weeks or so and I live on the West Coast, so not too bad. Price was reasonable and everything.

Recommending this one to you guys who want Eastern European stuff that you may be skeptical of getting from elsewhere.

Oh one more thing - when you make an account to purchase from this distro, you have to buy a certain amount to make a purchase. I think it was $10 or something before shipping that you have to rack up before they will let you purchase. The Goat Horns CD was $8 or so (obviously marked in Ukrainian currency), so I had to get another CD to push it beyond $10 total and make a purchase. Just a heads up before you go ahead and get started.

can anyone recommend me a black metal distro (preferrably inside australia), that stocks more mainstream bands such as Wyrd, Summoning and Emperor? cheap shipping is a must.

Is a pain of ass. Roy from Necroharmonic might be is not a rip off¡¡¡ but pay and wait for an order for 2-3 months. I think is unfair. Just see the Interment Lp pre-orders, all people that placed their order some MONTHS AGO and nothing¡¡¡ I think you have to be prepare with a LOT of patience. Mi experience:

First order- 2 weeks to be ready to shipping
Second order- 3 weeks
Third and LAST order from him- 2 months¡¡¡

+1 for ogmetal's Dark Descent Records. Placed the order and the package arrived very quickly to Australia. I'd definitely buy there again.

Plus to this one. Worldwide shipping cost included in prices, so it's pretty cheap. Answering email, good packaging. Everything went well.

Thanks for all the info guys!

I made my first order to Abyss Records, with confidence, earlier today. I'm thinking bout making a few to Hell's Headbangers and Osmose in the future.

My trusted distros:

-Relapse - They've only messed up two of my many orders with them, but their customer service is great and all is well.
-The End - I've ignored these guys for a while, but recently I've been impressed with them, mostly for their free shipping option and their promo codes/sales specials. They sent me the wrong CD once, but they were able to send me the correct one in a matter of days.
-CMDistro - They can can be a bit slow when it comes to charging/shipping your order, but they're very professional, and for big orders they usually throw in a free CD. The free CD, along with their monthly sales, are hit-and-miss.
-Napalm - If the Euro didn't kick the USD's ass so much, I'd buy from them more often.
-cdzone-uk (through Amazon) - A bit pricy, but I've gotten a lot of CDs from them that are pretty hard to come by in other US based distros (for example: the first three Suffocation albums, 'Consuming Impulse', 'Dreaming With The Dead', etc.)
