Greetings,

Going to give it one last go - Vegard's "Call From the Forest" has been released on vinyl with the "Blackhouse Sessions" as bouns tracks, which means the black metal content outweighs the ambient, which was a main concern.

Couple this with the upcoming split with Cursed Scrolls which is a black metal release - and has been accepted on the Cursed Scrolls page - this means the Vegard discography is more BM than ambient in running time.

Cursed Scrolls Split - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bCTnIeY7XxY

Cheers!

You're running on some weird associations, my dude.

With the later, the release is on the Cursed Scroll's page is purely because of Cursed Scroll's material. Vegard being in a split release with a black metal band doesn't suddenly make the band black metal.

On the former, the criteria isn't just about the release, it is about the written, released material. Bonus tracks are just that, bonus tracks. They aren't even bonus recorded songs. "Call from the Forest" as been evaluated. Having some extra live songs (most likely live versions of already released songs) doesn't suddenly boost it up.

I dunno, I'm a guitarist and it always feels like playing a giant cock. Not just that but live music should hit you in the genitals. It might not if you don't use good amplifiers and your modelling shit goes straight out of the PA. But good music hits you HARD in the GENITALS.
