Hi, I have a problem that I would like to comment on. I have a band called "Sepulcrum" and we are from Chile, I wanted to make a profile on the site but when I put the name and country I got an alert saying that there was a band with that name and from the same country on a blacklist, I would like to know that is due and know if I can get to create this profile, the band that I want to add has almost a year of being created. Thanks

Blacklisted in late 2018 for being constantly re-submitted without any proof of valid release whatsoever. It's a Death/Thrash Metal band from Iquique/Concepción. Is it the same band? Is there any proof of valid release now?
