Hark Hark!

I just went to go submit "Trist Død" from Philadelphia, PA, but the artist is blacklisted. Can you please tell me why he was blacklisted? I included the Bandcamp link to his below, it's great black metal. Thank you!

Blacklisted for release-related reasons back in 2018. Seems okay now, whitelisted.
