I believe they were scrapped a decade ago by Witcher for being more hard rock than metal. However, upon listening to their second album, Kiss Heaven Goodbye, I think the only hard rock songs are "Dream Woman", "Daughter of Hell", and "It's Worth the Wait". The rest sounds like it could be acceptable late 70s heavy metal/hard rock. Here's the full album for consideration. Thanks.

Yes, they were.
They were resubmitted last year and blacklisted afterwards. Not sure whether it was based on that album or not.

Ah alright. It would have to be this album because the first one is pure hard/boogie rock. My bad.

hmmmm, even based on that album I think the blacklisting will stay.
