This band was rejected yesterday on grounds of not having a release.

But, it is mentioned in the band's label that a tape was released in 1994.

Iron Bonehead has written as follows :

'We are honored that Silenus the core member behind this project agreed to
release the only demo recorded in 1994 for the first time officially and on vinyl.

Some may remember the band’s name from the Kyrck Productions “Hellas -The Black Death Anthology 1989-2006” where one of those demo tracks was featured.

Taken from the original tapes and mastered for vinyl by VK.
Original pictures, art files and texts arranged by Dan Fried.'

It says this has been taken from the original tapes. That means the band self released tapes and now are re-releasing it again.

Is it a valid submission? If not, I will wait for the actual release.

This is not fair. I had first submitted the band to the que & my entry was rejected and Odium's entry was selected. Completely Unfair. My entry should have been accepted as I had submitted the band first. Why the biased treatment for me?

Since your submission was rather empty anyway, I thought it acceptable for all practical purposes to just keep the current more complete one and award you the points you'd have received. Any chance of restoring your submission too has now disappeared thanks to your utterly ridiculous reaction. Now kindly drop it.
